Testimonials
After 20+ years of Corporate life and about 8 years of Consultancy work, I was again asked by my Mom to rejoin the Family Business and help in the turn-around of the business at another difficult time, which was during the pandemic. This wasn't something new, as she had asked me to help with the business a few times when it had faced challenges. But this time, it was not just about bringing the business back to normalcy, rather, it was about turning the company around and pushing it forward towards continuous growth. |
Attending the Ateneo Family Business Competency Program has been a truly transformative experience. It deepened my understanding of the unique dynamics of our family business and helped me reflect on how I can grow as a more effective and purpose-driven leader. The program challenged me to improve myself, especially in communication, clarity of roles, and staying true to our shared values. |
