2nd Draft of HR policies 2nd and last draft of HR policies is submitted to the HR manager for his or her approval JDs

Period of Engagement
Depending on the number of HR policies to be crafted, the engagement will take 1 to 3 months to complete.

- Provide a standard reference for managers and employees in understanding their rights and carrying out their duties and responsibilities.
- Ensure consistency and fairness in the administration and application of HR policies
- Provide direction and authority in the day-to-day management of human resource
