Annual Strategy Review and Planning for Family Businesses
Workshop Description
Planning for the future is essential for family businesses. In order to plan for the following year (or two), a business review and strategy evaluation is necessary to get a status of the business as of the present. In this one-day workshop, Ateneo FBDC shall guide family businesses in a Thorough Review of Current Business, a Quick Review of Your Strategic Plan, Identifying Strategic and Operational Issues, and Annual Business Operations Planning.

Workshop Outcome
Upon completion of the workshop, family businesses will have a formal Business Operations Plan for the next year (or two, depending on the timing horizon set).

Day 1, Morning session
• REVIEW OF CURRENT BUSINESS
- Financial Review (Income Statement, Cash Flow Statement, Balance Sheet, relevant financial ratios: profitability, liquidity, activity, and leverage ratios)
- Actual vs. Target Performance
- Functional Areas KRAs; Performance vs KRAs
