Family Business Owners Competency Program (FBOCP)
The FBOCP is an intensive 16-week online program that gives a deeper understanding of the various management functions, decision making, leadership and family dynamics of the family business.
The program will expose participants on the dynamics of the family system and communication issues. They will explore management, leadership and relationships that are inherent in family businesses and how these are intertwined in the Ownership, Governance and Management of the family business.
