- define key indicators for performance monitoring and evaluation
- dentify, evaluate and streamline critical functions and business processes that define the (product and service) delivery capability of the orgnaization,and
- design more effective work group configurations, organizational alignments, supervision and coordination mechanisms, and decision making protocols
